Prospective Pedagogy : Annite's Analogy



The world today demands teachers with differently - abled talents. Pedagogy has emerged as a science and this is a concern for the National Curriculum Framework for teacher Education 2009. As a departure from the existing approaches ,  St.Ann's College of Education introduces a new theory paper in pedagogy, the rationale behind is to equip teacher trainees with the knowledge of concept and theories of pedagogy.
            In the above line of thought, the college has launched a book - Prospective Pedagogy : Annite's Analogy. This book is a conscious effort of the fact that such a document is important to re-look at the futuristic implications for teacher Education. The aim of compiling this book is to capture the wisdom of ages and to make it relevant to  these times and to help educators to come up with innovative methodologies.
