How to make effective charts

                                                                          

The following are the different ways to prepare effective charts and also the tips to handle charts :

• All charts must have borders
• Excess Text should not be dumped in charts
• The title of the chart should be distinct and clear
• The colour of the chart and the colour of the text should compliment one another
• Use flannel board for displaying the charts
• The size of the chart and the content must be visible to whole class
• The text in the chart must be legible
• Diagrams if any must be clear and completely labelled
• Avoid holding charts in hands during instruction process
• Avoid folding charts,instead roll them up
