The phase of teaching practice i.e., the internship part of B.Ed is considered to be the most vital as well is enjoyable part of the course . One needs to fully deploy the opportunity and learn as much as he/she can. Some of the tips for teaching practice are :
- Be punctual
- Be polite with master teachers
- Be prepared with the content and lesson plan
- Rehearse your class in advance
- Avoid Lecture method
- Include more activities
- Use as many teaching aids as possible
- Ensure that the teaching aids do not take teacher's place they are only for support
- Follow the prescribed dress code
- Check the given home work regularly
- Try to participate in school activities such as morning assembly,science fair etc.
- Supervise the class during instruction process
